Australia:
Free Standard Shipping: Sent via Australia Post, delivery within 2-3 business days.
Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD, sent via Australia Post Express, delivery by the next business day.
Rest of the World:
Registered Post: $50.00 AUD, signature on arrival via Australia Post. Delivery within 5-9 business days.
Express Post: $70.00 AUD, signature on arrival via Australia Post. Delivery within 3-6 business days.
Returns
Please read descriptions carefully and refer to the pictures for more details as we do not accept returns due to sizing, change of mind, or simply if you don’t like the item. Please feel free to email shesvague@gmail.com if you have any questions about an item.
In case you receive an item that grossly differs from the description, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We will gladly provide a refund for such cases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be returned with their original packaging, including any dust bags, certificates, receipts, cases, and boxes. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
After these time frames, all sales are final, and no claims or disputes will be accepted for any reason.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
